Can I trust The Stockade?

Can I obtain a tracking number for an order?
Yes, call during normal business hours for a tracking number. On the day an order is placed, please wait until 4pm Eastern Standard Time to allow the shipping department to process your order. The tracking number will be emailed to you accordingly.

What if I was shipped the wrong item?
Although this rarely happens, if the wrong item was packaged and sent to you, please call to allow us to correct the problem.

What if the product I ordered is defective?
If the product you ordered is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, please call us immediately. A Return Authorisation number will be issued so that we can offer a replacement unit. If the unit is more than 30 days old, please call for more information on how to return the item.

What if something is missing out of the kit that I ordered?
Please inspect your kit thoroughly to make sure the item isn't hidden within the packing material. If an item is missing, please call our customer service line and we will ensure that you receive that missing item.

What happens if I lost my invoice and I have a problem with my product?
The Stockade keeps copies of all invoices. If a copy of an invoice is required, please call us and we will fax or email a copy of your invoice to you.
